Product Director: Platform (Qredo)

Platform lead for a MPC-based Web3 Custodian. Drove the move from monolith to microservices and to API-centric offerings. The role expanded to programme manage the replatforming of server side, Web App, and usage of the MPC and layer 2 Qredochain. We delivered the vision and successfully migrated over 50k users from v1 to v2, scaling Assets under custody and MRR in the process.
