Hello, I'm Ollie
I have a passion for Web3 tech and a history of getting excited, getting involved and getting things done. My journey started in SaaS 15+ years ago, led to building FinTech platforms, Web2 Payments, then I drank the Web3 kool-aid back in 2016:
- Led delivery of Qredo v2 (Custodian) in 12 months, boosting TPS from 2 to 100, launching Staking, and growing AUC 95% to 390m
- Guided early stage DeFi portfolio manager Thane through defining Product strategy and discovering product-market fit
- Advised to SocialFi project Panjea through to TestNet launch, producing Panjcast, a podcast exploring the project
- At FORM3, built a Platform team of 89 people (14 direct reports, 75 engineers) and scaled transaction throughput 32X to 1,000 TPS
- Consulting via 101 Ways (currently Platform PM for M&S)
I love the buzz of new ideas and the thrill of getting things done quickly. My approach is to discover problems worth solving, identify greatest value, then deliver. I’m looking for the next big thing and to do my part to finish the internet.
