About me
I have 15+ years product experience, much of it in secure and regulated industries. I have a passion for tech and a history of getting excited, getting involved and getting things done.
I believe in the Gcore vision – to build a secure foundation for others to build on top of, and this is something I’ve enjoyed in my Platform-centric Product career for some time.
I understand cloud and edge, via time at Xtravirt (3rd largest VMware partner at the time), the SaaS stack from end to end, and have enjoyed working with data then AI in the last few years.

I’ve been lucky enough to work with great people on problems worth solving:
- Hyperscaling a cloud-native payments platform 1M to 6M+ transactions (32X uplift) and processed up to 1,000 TPS while onboarding Nationwide and Lloyds at FORM3
- Delivering an 8-squad, 60-engineer fintech re-platforming at Qredo, delivering a new Web3 custody stack end-to-end in 9 months, growing AUC 95% from $200M to $390M
- Scaling product organisations up to 75 engineers and 14+ squads, assessing existing teams and founding new, including Platforms, Web/Mobile apps and DevTools
- Defined and executed AI-driven product strategy at Vitrifi, leading 6 PMs and 60+ engineers, embedding OKRs, and delivering a first – 10GB service in Zone 1 London
