About me
This is my dream job. I have 15+ years product experience, a passion for tech and a history of getting excited, getting involved and getting things done.
But, though each business solved problems worth solving, none of them helped move the needle in a meaningful, species-saving way.
A background in conservation (my Grandmother is one of the reasons Auckland city has a green belt) and a love of people and planet means I’ve been keen to put my skills to better use for a while now.
Maybe this is that moment.
Key achievements
I’ve been lucky enough to work with great people on problems worth solving:
- Hyperscaling a cloud-native payments platform 1M to 6M+ transactions (32X uplift) and processed up to 1,000 TPS while onboarding Nationwide and Lloyds at FORM3
- Delivering an 8-squad, 60-engineer fintech re-platforming at Qredo, delivering a new Web3 custody stack end-to-end in 9 months, growing AUC 95% from $200M to $390M
- Scaling product organisations up to 75 engineers and 14+ squads, assessing existing teams and founding new, including Platforms, Web/Mobile apps and DevTools
- Defined and executed AI-driven product strategy at Vitrifi, leading 6 PMs and 60+ engineers, embedding OKRs, and delivering a first – 10GB service in Zone 1 London
